As we accelerate our growth, we're looking for a commercially sharp Account Executive to drive revenue and own the full sales cycle — from qualified opportunity all the way to signed contract.
Your Mission
As Presales Specialist at Telness Tech, you’ll be at the heart of our customer journey—helping Sales shape opportunities, leading discovery conversations, and showing decision-makers how our Seamless OS turns telecom challenges into opportunities. You’ll guide CXOs and technical leaders through value-driven use cases, translate their needs into clear solutions, and craft winning commercial offers that make transformation playfully easy.
You’ll report to the Head of Presales and collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to bring our platform into the hands of future-focused telecom players.
What You Will Do
Qualify opportunities with Sales, using methods like MEDDPICC to focus on customer value
Drive bid timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination
Prepare executive briefings & win themes that resonate
Lead discovery workshops to uncover challenges and aspirations
Build trusted relationships with CXOs and decision-makers
Translate business goals into impactful use-case requirements
Design and deliver high-energy demos that bring our platform to life
Produce technical answers, compliance matrices, and effort estimates
Coordinate with Product, Security, and Legal for bid defenses
Share win/loss insights and contribute to reusable playbooks
Join account planning and funnel reviews with Sales and Commercial leads
What You Bring To The Table
Proven experience in MVNO/MVNE or digital brand launches
Mastery of bid qualification and management methodologies (MEDDPICC or similar)
5+ years in telecom BSS/OSS and at least 3 years in presales, solution engineering or bid management
Strong knowledge of convergent billing, CRM, SIM/eSIM lifecycle, MNP, and related processes
Experience across multiple regions (NA, LATAM, EMEA, APAC) is a bonus!
Familiarity with AWS, TM Forum APIs/ODA, or bid-management certifications
Understanding of cloud-native systems, integrations, and large-scale distributed architectures
Design, script, and present demos and POCs covering digital journeys like new customer onboarding, assisted and unassisted care, support and admin and via digital channels, Agentic AI interactions, etc.)
Lead discovery workshops to uncover pain points & aspirations, translating business goals into use-case-driven technical requirements, while building trusted relationships with CXOs and OSS/BSS decision-makers
A confident presenter who thrives in executive settings
Fluent English (other languages a plus)
Excellent technical writing and storytelling—able to turn complex architecture into persuasive narrative

About Telness Tech
Born from frustration
Telness Tech was born out of frustration. Frustration with the needless complexity that had been bogging down the entire telecom industry. We deemed it unacceptable. Telecom has to be as easy as streaming your favorite song on Spotify.
When former Telenor executive Martina Klingvall founded the Swedish MVNO Telness in 2016, the goal was simple — to raise the standards of an industry that had stopped innovating.
Building Europe’s highest-rated operator
We built a fully digital operator from the ground up, automating everything from onboarding to billing. It made Telness the highest-rated mobile operator in Europe, a title we still hold today (4.8 on Trustpilot).
Our customers loved us because they didn’t have to deal with us — it just worked. Behind that simplicity were thousands of user journeys, automated processes, and insights, all distilled into one AI-first tech platform.
From telco to tech company
Then we realized — let’s not keep this to ourselves. We carved out the technology to help other operators worldwide, and that platform became Seamless OS.
We left telecom and became a tech company — powered by some of the world’s best engineers with experience in both telecom and technology, from companies such as Klarna, Tink and Spotify. That’s when Telness Tech was born.
Since launching Telness Tech we have acquired several customers across Europe and the US, all of them running on Seamless OS.
