We’re looking for a UX Lead to ensure our platform remains intuitive and impactful as we scale across markets and user types.

About the role

As UX Lead at Telness Tech, you’ll shape our end-to-end product experience -bringing clarity to complexity and ensuring our platform is intuitive for customers, operators, and end-users. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design thoughtful, scalable solutions to technically complex problems.

You’ll drive the design process from discovery to delivery, combining hands-on design with strategic leadership and contributing directly to high-impact product initiatives. You’ll be instrumental in aligning design with product strategy, evolving our design system, and embedding user-centric thinking into every stage of development.

In this role, you will:

• Own design strategy across products—balancing usability, scalability, and brand consistency.
• Design end-to-end flows and interfaces for complex systems with multiple user types.
• Partner with the CPO and PMs to explore, learn, and shape a forward-thinking product strategy that keeps us ahead of the market.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align design with business goals and technical constraints.
• Lead and mentor a small design team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
• Iterate based on feedback and data to continuously improve the user experience.

What you bring to the table:

• 8+ years of experience in product design with a strong emphasis on UX.
• A track record of designing intuitive solutions for complex products with multiple user types.
• Experience in high-growth product or SaaS environments; startup experience is a plus.
• Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and leading other designers.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and managing shared design systems.
• Skilled in user research, usability testing, and turning insights into actionable design.
• Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable balancing business goals with user needs to drive product success.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high proficiency in English.
