UX Lead

We’re looking for a UX Lead to ensure our platform remains intuitive and impactful as we scale across markets and user types.
About the role
As UX Lead at Telness Tech, you’ll shape our end-to-end product experience -bringing clarity to complexity and ensuring our platform is intuitive for customers, operators, and end-users. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design thoughtful, scalable solutions to technically complex problems.You’ll drive the design process from discovery to delivery, combining hands-on design with strategic leadership and contributing directly to high-impact product initiatives. You’ll be instrumental in aligning design with product strategy, evolving our design system, and embedding user-centric thinking into every stage of development.
In this role, you will:
- Own design strategy across products—balancing usability, scalability, and brand consistency.
- Design end-to-end flows and interfaces for complex systems with multiple user types.
- Partner with the CPO and PMs to explore, learn, and shape a forward-thinking product strategy that keeps us ahead of the market.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align design with business goals and technical constraints.
- Lead and mentor a small design team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
- Iterate based on feedback and data to continuously improve the user experience.
What you bring to the table:
- 8+ years of experience in product design with a strong emphasis on UX.
- A track record of designing intuitive solutions for complex products with multiple user types.
- Experience in high-growth product or SaaS environments; startup experience is a plus.
- Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and leading other designers.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and managing shared design systems.
- Skilled in user research, usability testing, and turning insights into actionable design.
- Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable balancing business goals with user needs to drive product success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high proficiency in English.
