About the role

As a Sr. Product Manager at Telness Tech, you will lead key product initiatives in collaboration with our CPO, engineers, designers, data scientists, and Product Managers to develop and launch impactful features that improve the user experience and drive business goals.

You will engage directly with stakeholders and customers to understand their needs and use these insights to inform product strategies. Your market and product research will help shape our approach to telecom, keeping our roadmap aligned with industry trends. Clear communication of product plans, goals, and results across teams will ensure alignment and clarity on our objectives. You’ll oversee product releases from planning through evaluation, analyzing performance, and prioritizing improvements.

What we look for

• 5+ Years of experience as a Product Manager working in a modern Tech environment, preferably within the Telco sector
• You are a hands-on problem solver as well as a conceptual thinker
• You are a team player
• A higher education in a relevant field
• You can operate independently across multiple teams and can navigate trade-offs effectively
• You strive to be an excellent communicator and can communicate concepts and ideas in different formats, depending on context and audience
• You are experienced with both design and data-driven product development, and passionate about using feedback to improve products
• You like to venture into the unknown and you can create structure as you go
• An independent individual who is open-minded, thorough, creative, and fearless.
• You like to think outside the box and possess a can-do mentality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high proficiency in English.
• Strong presentation abilities at all levels within an organization.
